So if you followed my tutorial on how to make a printer profile, you know that I made a profile for my Macs with the InkXPRO ink and my Artisan 1430. I figured I would go ahead and share it with y’all since it has made such a night and day difference for me! If you want to read more about printer profiles check out this article.

Here are my before and after of printer profiles!

Without a Printer Profile

  • look at the greens!

With a Printer Profile

  • Disclaimer- these are photos just taken on my iphone with natural light. While with the profile doesn’t seem exact in the pictures, in person they are very close. Also with the profile all the colors range correctly where without the profile the left colors look good but the greens are almost all the same color.

If you would like a copy of the Profile, subscribe to our mailing list and we will send you the Printer Profile.

It does take about 5 minutes to arrive so please be patient!

I hope it helps you out! If you have any problem downloading it, comment below!

XOXO,

Jane

  1. Good Day,
When I tried to submit my email and name an error can up in which I tried another email. I waited about an hour to it not in either email i provided. Can you please provide me with the profile as this site has be a life saver.

  2. Hi Jane
The email link for the profiles doesn’t seem to be working for me. 🙁 I’m so ready to throw in the towel on my sublimation set up, I have a Mac, Epson Artisan 1430 using Inkxpro. None of my colours come out as vibrant as they should and it’s so discouraging as I have tried everything until I came across this page and feel a little bit of hope.

    1. Hi Loralee,

I hope you didn’t throw in the towel! Thank you for letting me know the link wasn’t working! After subscribing to the email list, you will receive a welcome email that includes a download link for the profile! If You have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask, I hope this has restored your faith!

      xoxo,
      Jane

    1. Hello,

Did you put your email/information in to receive the email with the profile? If so, did you receive the email?

      1. I just checked the email service and it shows the email was sent on March 13th at 10:03 pm. Did you receive it? If not, make sure to check your spam!

  3. I have followed the instruction and can’t get the profile to work. I have a Mac and an Epson WF 7710.

  4. The link for the profile isn’t working. I have spent a lot of money for this to not work right. I have a Mac with an Epson WF 7710.

    1. Hi Alicia,

This profile was developed for an Epson Artisan 1430 which has 6 ink colors so it will most likely not work with an Epson 7710

Will this colour profile be ok to use for my mac and epson artisan 1430 printer if I am not using inkxpro inks, I am in Australia and using MIR-AUS sublimation inks

  6. Hello, I downloaded profile and changed the settings on my computer & Silhouette, but my greys are still printing blue! What could I be doing wrong?

    1. What printer are you using? These were designed for the Epson 1430 specifically. The printer has 6 ink cartridges. If you use this profile with a CMYK(4 color ink cartridge) printer, you will get undesirabe results!

    1. Hi Jose, No problem, My pleasure! Thanks for the link as well, unfortantley that is not me on Amazon. If she had a profile you downloaded, I can’t speak for it. If the profile you downloaded is named “_Text Print SUB” in print program, then it is mine and may have been stolen.

If you are looking for a 4 color profile, I would try the PC profile. I have used pc profiles before on a mac and had great results!

  7. Hello! Thanks for the reply and letting me know that was not you. However, as mentioned, I did get yours as well since I subscribed to the newsletter. When you say “I would try the PC profile” are you talking about the one you provided me? So I got the download zip from you, but is that a 6 or a 4 cartridge profile? Thank you.

  8. Thanks for taking the time to do the profiles and the writeup. I’ve just switched over to these inks in my 1430 and I’m running a mac. I set up your profiles but the colors are way off when I print and press. Spent about 4 hours troubleshooting with no luck. If you have a moment I would definitely appreciate some insight or suggestions.

  9. Thanks for the reply. I’m printing from Adobe PS CS6. Using the color profile from you and the InkX inks, blues are just way too light compared to what we’ve designed. I’ve tried saturating the blues in the image more before print, but then it causes the print to be far too dark. We can’t even get in the general realm of what’s on our screen in a final pressed substrate and unfortunately it seems we can’t hit anything even close to the teals in our image with these inks. Any advice you can provide for dialing in these inks with the profile would be much appreciated! I’m happy to discuss via email if that’s easier.

  10. Hello, I’ve purchased the Inkxpro ink and can’t seem to find how to download the ICC Profile. Can someone please email me the link?
