Once you have downloaded the sublimation profile file, it is important to understand how to install it, so that you can use it! Mac computers look in a specific file location for printer profiles so we will need to move the profile to that location.

Step 1:

Download Icc Profile, unzip the file and find the file that ends in .icc and copy that file.

Step 2:

Open your finder, on the top dropdown(where file, edit, view are located) there is a button called “Go”. Click go and then “Go to Folder…” Type in “~/Library/ColorSync/Profiles” hit Go and it should take you to a file called profiles.

If the above tactic didn’t work go your finder again, click Macintosh HD >> Library >> ColorSync >> Profiles

Step 3:

Once you are in the profiles folder paste the .icc profile file that you copied earlier.

Step 4:

Check your preferred printing method to see if it shows up as a selection. Sometimes you may have to select “other profiles” and then it will appear.

Good luck and comment below if you are having any difficulty!

  1. I have downloaded the printer profile and saved it in the correct folder, but when I go to Photoshop, it’s not showing as an option. I have restarted my computer already. Any suggestions?

    1. Hi Michelle,

At the bottom of the list is there an option that says, “show more” or something like that? Also, look for Tex Print Sub ICC!

  3. hello and thanks for the ICC profile! I am having trouble getting it to show up for printing in Silhouette, can you please help.

  4. Hi. I have received the email and have tried to download the app but nothing happens. I have an Epson WF 7710. My colors are not correct.

    1. What type of docs? Google docs? The best way is find out is dowload the profile and see if you can find it when you go to print with the software.

  5. I have a Mac and am using printers jack ink with the epson et 2720. I don’t use photoshop I just put pictures on pages but the profile is not showing up when I go to print what should I do

    1. The .icc file will not open. When your printer goes to print, it checks a specific folder for any .icc files and will display the print profiles that correlate with those .icc profiles. So once you unzip the file, you will need to move the .icc file into the folder that your computer looks for the .icc profiles. This is different on Apples and PCs and can differeinate between operating systems. What operating software are you using?

Hi I am working with Windows and my printer in an Epson ET2720.
I have attempted to download the Printers Jack ICC profile and it is not working for me.
I will admit I am somewhat computer illiterate!
    Can you help me please?
    Thank you! Kathy

Hi thanks for trying to help but I have no go button. I will have to just change my sublimation ink that has a direct or easier download for its ICC profile.

    Thanks anyway! Kathy

    1. Hi Katy,

Yes, unfortunately, I only have a mac to show how to install on but the idea is the same. For a Windows computer, you will want to place the .icc file in the following folders

      Windows computer: C > Windows > System32 > Spool > Drivers > Color

  8. Hi Admin. Could I get a new link for Printer Jack ICC Profile. I can’tt seems to open the folder.
    thank you.

    1. Hi Caroline,

The .icc file will not open. You will need to drag and drop the file into a specific folder.

      Windows computer: C > Windows > System32 > Spool > Drivers > Color
Mac Computer: Computer > Macintosh > HD > Library > Colorsync > Profiles

When you go to print, the computer will look in those folders for a printer profile.

    1. Hi George, Thanks for stopping by! It depends. Typically your ink supplier should provide you with ICC file. I have made profiles for InkXpro and Printer Jacks if you need either of those, let me know.

  9. I got a new computer (thanks to a couple major hurricanes unfortunately) and now when I go to get the email to download the profile it just updates my MailChimp profile instead of sending the download. Can I get it emailed?

  10. Hello, the download button is not working. I am using a pc windows 10 chrome. Any suggestions? Also, I have the epson ecotank 2720 will this profile work with this printer

I use Jack Printers Ink for my ET-4760 and use A-Sub paper. Do you have an ICC profile for my set up?
